I’ve been working with the whole team but mainly with Sandy Kovacs for 4 odd year’s following a high profile car accident. They were so proactive with trying to find ways to settle , and very patient with everything else. They were always the first firm out of all the lawyer firms involved to come up with solutions, until we finally settled.
Nicole even stayed on late so I could pick up my check.
Hopefully I’ll never be in this situation again but for anyone that is definitely use Sandy and the team.

Marc was crucial in helping settle my lengthy ICBC claim with his team/partners at the Victoria office (Cameron-Kazlaw). Marc came into the picture as things started heading towards trial. It was abundantly clear to me that Marc is a very skilled negotiator and knows how to deal with ICBC. Within a couple of weeks Marc had turned the initial insulting offer from ICBC into an excellent settlement that included future treatment, without going to trial. I believe that the ICBC side knew Marc would settle for nothing but the best, the results speak for themselves. It felt like the hounds had been unleashed once he stepped into the picture! Marc also called with updates frequently, even after hours to make sure we got the best results possible.
I’d also like to point out that Robert Cameron (now retired) and his team at the Victoria office were very kind and supportive during the lengthy process of preparing for trial. I wish him the best in retirement!
