Lindsey Pawlyk
Trial Lawyer
Lindsey Pawlyk is an associate lawyer who joined the KazLaw Injury Lawyers’ Edmonton office in 2025. Lindsey is eager to return to law, after having spent the last seven years in the most challenging leadership role imaginable – parenting her two young sons. The past few years have sharpened her ability to listen, advocate, and problem-solve under pressure, and Lindsey is delighted to bring her expanded skill set back to the office. Prior to her career break, Lindsey practiced in government, advising on expropriation, land, and real estate matters, and at a leading Alberta based full-service firm. A member of the Alberta bar since 2012, Lindsey has a wealth of experience handling both litigation and solicitor matters.
Lindsey is honoured to have found a place at KazLaw where she will use her unique skill set to represent plaintiffs in personal injury and civil litigation matters, as well as real estate, wills and estates, and adult guardianship and trusteeship matters. Lindsey is a strong advocate with a deep appreciation for the impact legal outcomes have on people’s lives.
In her scant spare time, Lindsey pursues her life-long passions for dance and hiking. She also volunteers at Fort Edmonton Park. Lindsey is an active member of her local community league and school parent association and served as president of her children’s non-profit preschool. With strong ties to Edmonton and her community, Lindsey is committed to ensuring her clients are heard, supported and advocated for with precision and transparency.
