McCrory v. Tozer et al, 2016 BCSC Vancouver Registry

Ms. McCrory was involved in two motor vehicles accidents that caused chronic neck pain that limited her ability to do her job at a waste transfer station. ICBC took the position that Ms. McCrory could do her job and had no ongoing physical limitations.

ICBC attacked her credibility and denied that Ms. McCrory suffered significant injuries. They engaged in extensive surveillance of Ms. McCrory.

The Jury awarded Ms. McCrory $375,000.
