Hermanie Chiong and George Rainforth have received a judgement from the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Cox v. Peabody in the amount of $1,253,710.53. This amount includes an award of $850,000.00 for Loss of Future Earning Capacity. Another successful trial judgement for the Kazlaw team and another very happy client.
