Vic S. Maan

Vic S. Maan is a plaintiffs’-only Trial Lawyer specializing in complex injury litigation, sexual assaults, and class actions.

Vic is a born advocate. Coming from humble beginnings and being the first member of his family to graduate high school or university, Vic is committed to fighting on behalf of the less fortunate, newcomers to Canada, the injured, and/or victims of the system.

A lifelong learner, Vic has gained his legal education from two of the world’s oldest and most prestigious law schools: the University of Manchester, School of Law (est. 1824), earning a Juris Doctor; and York University, Osgoode Hall Law School (est. 1889), where he is a ‘24 Master of Laws candidate. Vic has also gained expertise in Negotiation & Leadership recently attending a week long course at Harvard Law School (which was led by the world’s most accomplished legal scholars).

Outside of work, Vic spends time with his niece and nephew (Katie and Brady), exercising, volunteering with the Terry Fox Secondary Boys’ Basketball Team (in Port Coquitlam), or supporting his Vancouver Canucks and LA Lakers.
